Veterinary Pet Insurance, the country's largest and oldest provider, tallied to the top 10 most popular dog and cat names from its database of over 466,000 insured pets. Granted, there are tons of animals out there that are uninsured, but I can think of creatures with nearly each of these popular names that I either know personally, or that belong to a celebrity pet owner.
